The Pastor of our church family is the Rev. Steve W. Kendell. The Pastor and Church union spans more than Twenty years,however he has pastored for more than twenty-eight years. He is faithfully dedicated to Christ Jesus and His church, while allowing the Holy Spirit of our Devin Godhead to lead him. His unusual strength and interpretation of the Word is a benefit to them that come to know him. He is a caring and compassionate Pastor, and a friend to all that meets him. 

“I desire to be a ray of hope from which Christ’s love radiates into every life in our community, as well as around the world. Gladly accepting my role as God’s ambassador on earth, I am committed to ministering to all people.”

“My aim is to provide an environment and the freedom given by grace to allow this to take place. My goal is to penetrate our community for Christ. It is also my hope that God will speak to you about your individual need for Him, and if you have any questions concerning your relationship with God, that you will contact me and allow me the privilege to help.”

My vision as Pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Family is to connect people to Jesus so that as His community we will:
- know and love God and grow stronger through Worship
- love one another and grow warmer through Fellowship
- share the Word and grow deeper through Discipleship
- serve others and grow broader through Ministry
- tell others about the living Saviour and grow larger through Evangelism.

Our Pastor holds a Doctorate in Ministry.
